Digital Marketing Executive

Location: Luton (Hybrid) or London

Salary: £35k to £40k

Are you a driven marketing professional looking to make a real impact in a fast-growing company?

Our client is a well-established and growing organisation, and due to growth, they are looking to bring on a Digital Marketing Executive to support marketing campaigns and help raise brand awareness. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, you'll be part of a passionate, friendly team that champions innovation and growth.

Your role:

  1. Assisting in digital marketing plans across websites, SEO, emails, and paid channels like PPC and social media.
  2. Supporting website updates, multimedia content creation, and ad copy development.
  3. Implementing paid search and social strategies, landing page creation, and customer engagement via HubSpot CRM.
  4. Contributing to SEO optimisation, Google Analytics reporting, and customer review management.
  5. Staying ahead of digital marketing trends, sharing insights, and collaborating in team meetings.
  6. Analytical analysis.

Key skills:
  1. Experience in a similar marketing role with strong digital marketing knowledge (PPC, SEO, CRM platforms).
  2. Strong Adobe and Canva skills, with experience using WordPress and HubSpot.
  3. Proactive, organised, deadline-focused, and comfortable juggling multiple projects.
  4. A positive, "can-do" attitude!
  5. Passion for marketing!
