Digital Marketing Apprentice

Established in 2006, h2o creative is a leading UK-based independent marketing, digital, and design agency with an international reach. As a Digital Marketing Apprentice, you will play a vital role in supporting their dynamic marketing team. This apprenticeship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across various marketing platforms and tools, contributing to the success of diverse campaigns.

Typical Daily Duties:

• Participate in daily and weekly planning meetings, engaging in discussions with external stakeholders.
• Contribute to a variety of marketing campaigns, from conception to execution.
• Utilize platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and Adobe Suite to support marketing initiatives.
• Analyze data using Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite to inform campaign strategies.

Desired Skills, Qualities, and Experience:

• Creative and Problem-Solving: Ability to develop engaging marketing campaigns and find innovative solutions to challenges. Confidence in suggesting improvements and alternative methods is essential.
• Critical Thinking: Capacity to identify more efficient solutions than those outlined in a brief or task. Confidence in proposing improvements and alternative methods is valued.
• Solid Organisational Skills: Aptitude for managing multiple projects simultaneously in a busy agency environment, ensuring all tasks are completed effectively.
• Eager to Learn and Self-Starter: Readiness to develop skills with marketing tools and strategies, comfortable working in a supportive, hybrid working environment that is dynamic and exciting.
• Educational Requirements: A Grade 5/C in GCSE Maths and a Grade 4/C in GCSE English is required for this role.

Salary, Hours, and Benefits:

• Salary: £17,000 per annum
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm

Training and Development:

In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 Digital Marketer qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships. This apprenticeship programme will provide you with everything you need to launch and develop your career in digital marketing. Afterwards, we’ll support you to take the next steps, including further training and progression onto a Level 4 qualification.

This Level 3 apprenticeship provides the skills, qualifications, and experience you need to immerse yourself within an exciting, fast-moving industry and become an effective digital marketer. With our expert online training and one-to-one support, you’ll channel your creativity and learn to create, implement, and analyse successful campaigns as part of a professional marketing team.
