PKF Cooper are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Apprentice to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity to earn a nationally recognised qualification whilst gaining practical and in depth experience of the marketing and events industry. You will be joining, and will have the support of their close-knit, friendly, and award-winning marketing team at PKF Smith Cooper, and this role will form part of a college led apprenticeship, allowing you to couple classroom development alongside vital industry experience.

In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 Digital Marketer qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job:

• Creating engaging content for TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and X (Twitter), including videos and graphics
• Producing a range of written content, including website articles, press releases, webpages, advertisements and content for our internal magazine
• Designing branded documents, including flyers, brochures and posters, ensuring brand consistency across all our marketing materials
• Assisting with organising and delivering our events, ranging from fun internal events and team socials to practical seminars and webinars
• Monitoring the performance of our content across different digital channels
• Conducting market research and analysing data to identify trends and opportunities to improve future marketing activity

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

Salary, Hours & Benefits:

• £15,016 per annum
• Monday to Friday
• 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays

• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• An interest in marketing and events and a desire to start their career in the industry
• GCSEs in Maths and English (English at grade 6 and above)
