In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketing, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job:

1. Create content, write emails and monitor performance, use Canva premium, Google ads and create posts across the main platforms, PPC, website and content writing.
2. Use a range of communication channels such as email, WhatsApp, Google chat, face to face and over the phone.
3. Involvement with responding directly to emails, social media comments, Google reviews, etc.
4. Use a bespoke CRM system to monitor and analyse online activity, including Google Analytics, AdWords, and SEMrush.
5. Use Google ads editor, WordPress and ChatGPT as main digital marketing tools.
6. Optimise the usage of a website using SEMrush to analyse Google rankings, adding blogs, texts, and images through WordPress.

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:

1. Passion in marketing.
2. Ability to bring new ideas to the table.
3. Interest in Google Analytics.
4. Grade 5/C in Math and Grade 4/C in English essential.
