Digital Marketing Apprenticeship

Are you a creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing? Do you want to gain hands-on experience while learning from industry experts? Web Best Practice is looking for a motivated Marketing Apprentice to join our growing team!

At Web Best Practice, we specialise in delivering cutting-edge digital solutions to businesses, helping them optimise their online presence and marketing strategies. As an apprentice, you’ll develop essential marketing skills, work on real campaigns, and gain a qualification while earning.

In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer Apprenticeship, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job:

• Scheduling meetings with internal/external stakeholders to understand campaign requirements
• Using Google Analytics and SEO tools to monitor website performance and user behaviour.
• Email Marketing – Creating and managing email campaigns, testing website/landing page effectiveness.
• Social Media Marketing – Assisting with social media management and post scheduling, designing creative materials with Canva.
• Tracking competitor activity and identifying trends in the industry
• SEO & Website Management – Helping improve website rankings, working with Google Ads and Google Analytics.

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

Salary, Hours & Benefits:

• Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm
• Company pension

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:

• Grade 5 in Maths and 4 in English is essential for this role
• Passionate and creative
• Experience with Canva either in school or personally
• Interested in creativity (maybe social media, posters)
• Interested in learning the analytical side of marketing like SEO / Data
