The Role

They're looking for a Digital Marketing Apprentice to join their growing team! If you're creative, tech-savvy, and eager to develop your marketing skills, this is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience while earning and learning. You'll play a key role in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns, helping to grow their online presence and engage with their audience.

A Typical Day in the Job:

1. Content Creation: Develop engaging content for email campaigns, website updates, and social media platforms.
2. Social Media Management: Schedule, monitor, and engage with posts across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube to grow their community.
3. SEO & PPC: Optimise content for search engines and assist in managing Google Ads and social media ad campaigns.
4. Analytics & Reporting: Track performance using Google Analytics, providing insights to improve campaigns.
5. Website & E-Commerce: Support updates to Shopify and WordPress websites, enhancing user experience and conversion rates.

Salary, Hours & Benefits:

Salary: £14,000 per year

Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Mon-Thurs: 8:30-5:00, Fri: 8:30-4:00)

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:

1. Creative mindset with strong content and video production skills.
2. Experience in video editing for platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube.
3. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopify (WordPress experience is a plus!).
4. Understanding of social media analytics and paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
5. Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
6. Proactive, enthusiastic, and eager to learn in a fast-paced digital environment.
7. Attention to detail with a passion for marketing and brand growth.

Required Grades: Maths C/5, English C/4

Your Training with Baltic:

You will be enrolled in a Level 3 Apprenticeship in Multi-Channel Marketing, providing you with formal qualifications and practical skills. You'll also have access to one-to-one mentoring sessions with senior team members and on-the-job training that aligns with your career goals.
