The Role

We’re looking for a versatile and ambitious digital / graphic designer to support our growth & marketing efforts full-time. You’ll play a hands-on role in shaping our visual identity across social media, emails, events, product communications, and more.

From designing social media posts to creating GIFs or animations that bring our products to life, this is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn fast, create impactful work, and experience what it’s like to be part of a fast growing startup.

Key skills include: graphic design for digital marketing, Adobe Creative Suite (namely Illustrator and After Effects), motion design (GIFs, short animations), and Figma.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce on-brand content for social media, email campaigns, infographics, and product communications
• Support webinars, events, and marketing campaigns with bespoke creative assets
• Create short animations or product demo GIFs using After Effects
• Work closely with the marketing, product, and partnerships teams to keep creative output consistent and engaging
• Collaborate within Figma to extend product visuals into marketing content

What You’ll Bring

• Recent graduate or junior-level experience with a strong portfolio that shows creative thinking and design fundamentals
• Living in London and able to work in-office at least 3 days a week (5 days during probation)
• Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator and After Effects
• Some experience with (or willingness to learn) Figma - our product design tool
• Comfortable designing for social platforms and marketing channels
• Bonus: understanding of social media marketing and visual trends
• Proactive mindset, keen to solve problems and take ownership
• A genuine interest in startups, fintech, and the B2B scale-up journey
