Digital Graphic Designer - Fashion

We are collaborating with a thriving fashion brand that is on the lookout for a Digital Graphic Designer to join their creative team.

They seek a dynamic and collaborative individual who can produce high-quality graphics that align with their brand identity. This role involves overseeing design projects across digital, print, and social media, including advertisements, email campaigns, packaging, website assets, and promotional materials.

Main Responsibilities will include:

• Create and develop visually striking graphics for digital, print, and social media platforms, including advertisements, email campaigns, packaging, product catalogs, website assets, and promotional content.
• Ensure all designs are aligned with brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent and cohesive visual identity.
• Collaborate closely with the executive director, marketing team, and product teams to produce engaging designs that effectively communicate the brand's story.
• Manage multiple design and shooting projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising on quality.
• Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, promotions, and product launches, offering design expertise to elevate the brand's presence.
• Revise designs based on stakeholder feedback, ensuring final outputs meet expectations.
• Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and techniques to keep creative output fresh and relevant.

Person Specifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Ideally 3 years of professional experience in graphic design, ideally in a brand-focused or marketing environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
• A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, digital media, and print design.
• Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to create compelling, brand-aligned visuals.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a cross-functional team.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
