Digital / Email Marketing Executive

Digital / Email Marketing Executive - £28k per annum - 25 days Annual Leave - Remote/Home based, Ideally based in the Warrington or surrounding area - Private Medical Healthcare

Key Responsibilities

1. Assisting with email marketing campaigns: For ourselves and on behalf of our customers, by designing and creating email templates, managing email databases and tracking metrics (such as open rates and click-through rates)
2. Reporting: Collect, analyse and report on the success of marketing campaigns, activities and channels
3. Providing the sales team with support on their deals and projects, including data segmentation according to brief, through to data / project delivery
4. Supporting coordination of marketing projects, managing timelines and communicating with other team members
5. Liaise with suppliers and partners on joint projects or where they are assisting us
6. Support in planning of and execution of the marketing strategy - both internally and that of our customers
7. Updating Marketing collateral - Assist updating on and offline marketing materials including websites, presentations and thought leadership
8. Support in social media strategy and content, including creating and scheduling posts and monitoring metrics
9. Provide broader administrative support where needed

Skills and Requirements

1. Experience, exposure and interest in marketing
2. Excellent communication skills
3. Highly organised with a keen eye for detail
4. Experience with marketing email platforms (such as Force24 or Instiller)
5. Understanding or experience with HTML coding
6. Understanding or experience with a website CMS
7. Experience using Microsoft Excel
8. Able to work and be highly motivated to work as both part of a team and independently
9. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and react quickly to market changes and customer needs
10. Reliable, hardworking and honest
