Play a part in designing and enhancing the digital presence of an Australian group of industry-best brands in beauty and healthcare. Create visually engaging and user-friendly online platforms for customers!

The successful candidate will be the go-to person in design principles and effective user experience.

A day in the life...

• Generating ideas and delivering UX design solutions with a high quality of experience, consistency and usability across multiple digital platforms / devices.
• Work closely with marketing and e-commerce teams to implement website optimisation and updates.
• Visually enhance online platforms with best practices in user experience in mind.
• Support with front-end changes where required (a bit of coding, but not a lot!).

About you?

• Strong experience and understanding of design principles from conception to execution.
• You know how to combat challenges and create user-friendly solutions.
• Conducting and participating in user-testing & co-design practices.
• Experience maintaining & developing design systems, component libraries, and style-guides.
• Core experience with Figma as a primary tool.
• Basic front-end coding experience is highly regarded to support with front-end changes (JavaScript).
• Ideally, you have experience in Beauty or Health products, but if not, then you definitely have experience in a large organisation!

Applicants will be required to have a portfolio of work demonstrating experience creating User-Centred design solutions!
