Location: The Speechmark, London + *Hybrid Working

What you'll do

We are looking for a talented Digital Designer to join the Digital Experience Chapter. The team aims to deliver engaging and delightful experiences for customers, on our wide range of product launches. Therefore, you’ll need to share our passion for using insight driven methodologies to understand how to service our customers effectively.

Key accountabilities:

• Possess a passion for all things design, with the ability to articulate the benefits of user-centred design through your work and when communicating with business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams from the initial concept phase to product build, release and optimisation.
• Take an active part in the different phases of the creative process, from research and data analysis to idea generation and prototyping.
• Strive for consistency and scale in your design through understanding and contributing to our Design System process.

Who you are

• A creative problem-solver who thrives in a fast paced, collaborative, and Agile environment.
• Passionate for all things design, with the ability to articulate the benefits of user-centered design through your work and when communicating with business stakeholders.
• Focused on developing strategies derived from insight, to turn these into effective experiences (both interactions and visuals) adhering to user-centred design principles.
• You are constantly looking to hone your design instinct through user feedback. Whether through hands-on user research, or by designing options for multi-variant testing.
• Able to timely raise issues or request feedback with others to ensure design quality and maintain delivery velocity.
• Hands on experience with industry standard design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe CC, InVision etc).
• Accustomed to working collaboratively to turn business requirements into design deliverables.
• Have a good attention to detail, be open minded, highly motivated and wanting to learn and develop your skills.
