Job Title: Digital Designer Location: Warrington Salary: £28,000+ DOE Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Axon Moore are exclusively partnering with a leading consumer technology group to recruit a highly creative and driven Digital Designer.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to join an award-winning, multi-brand business operating across both B2C and B2B channels within the gaming and lifestyle technology sector. The ideal candidate will be a passionate designer with a strong digital portfolio, an eye for layout and detail, and at least 3 years of experience in digital design - ideally within a fast-paced, commercially focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Digital & Graphic Design: Create a wide range of digital assets across multiple platforms including websites, social media, CRM campaigns, and video content. Design creative collateral for both B2C and B2B audiences across a portfolio of established and fast-growing brands. Contribute original concepts and bring ideas to life with a high level of craft, working both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Apply excellent layout, composition, and typography skills within existing brand guidelines, while pushing for creative growth.
Website Content: Develop on-brand static and video-based content for use across multiple eCommerce platforms. Collaborate with content and UX teams to create intuitive, engaging user experiences with strong visual appeal. Bonus if you have a working knowledge of interaction and responsive design principles.
Email & Social Media Design: Partner with the social media and CRM teams to deliver creative assets for digital campaigns and reactive marketing content. Take ownership of your projects and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
Motion Design: While not essential, skills in motion graphics (e.g. Adobe After Effects) are highly desirable.
Candidate Profile
Essential Skills & Experience
Minimum 3 years' experience in a digital design role (agency experience advantageous but not essential).
Proficient across Adobe Creative Suite, with strengths in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
A digital portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual thinking, visual creativity, and adaptability across different platforms and styles.
Strong organisational skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Passionate about staying up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices.
Desirable Attributes
Experience in video editing or motion graphics.
Knowledge or interest in PC gaming, consumer electronics, or technology.
A positive, collaborative approach to working in a team-oriented creative and marketing environment.
