Digital Designer

Location: Warrington HQ | Full-Time | Reporting to: Head of Growth

FuelHub is on a mission to revolutionise meal prep, providing nutritious, chef-prepared meals designed for busy, health-conscious individuals via our premium meal prep subscription service. We are proud to Fuel the Elite in professional sports, including teams from the Premier League, England Rugby Union, Matchroom Boxing, and the World Darts Corporation. As we enter an exciting phase of rapid expansion, we’re searching for a Digital Designer to bring our brand to life across digital channels and create an exceptional user experience for our customers.

About the Role:

We’re seeking a talented Digital Designer with a strong background in website design, graphic design, UX design, and Shopify to join our growing team. You’ll play a key role in shaping our digital presence, from marketing assets to website design, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for our customers. Experience in a subscription first business and food & drink industry is highly desirable, and coding/development skills are a plus but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design compelling digital assets for the website, social media, email marketing, and paid campaigns.
2. Enhance and optimise our Shopify website to improve UX and conversion rates.
3. Work closely with the Growth team to develop creative solutions that drive customer engagement and retention.
4. Own the brand identity, ensuring brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
5. Collaborate with developers, marketers, and content creators to execute digital projects effectively.
6. Stay ahead of digital design trends, industry best practices, and competitor activity.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Proven experience in digital design, preferably within an eCommerce, food & drink, or subscription-based business.
2. Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) alongside other tools such as Figma and Miro.
3. Shopify experience – ability to design and optimise for high-converting Shopify eCommerce experiences.
4. Knowledge of UX/UI best practices and a data-driven approach to design.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and take ownership of projects.
6. Bonus: Basic front-end development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and experience working with developers.
