A dynamic and innovative betting platform, built for the modern fan, seeks a talented Digital Designer with Motion expertise, to bring their creative vision to life. This is an opportunity for a designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to push creative boundaries. They will take ownership of projects from conceptualisation to delivery, collaborating closely with the Art Director to elevate the brand's visual identity.

Job title: Digital Designer

Location: Remote (occasional travel to London)

Salary: Up to £50K

Responsibilities:

1. Develop best-in-class creative for brand identities, digital campaigns, and animation projects.
2. Craft compelling video assets for web, email, social, and more.
3. Maintain a consistent and dynamic design approach across all channels.
4. Collaborate with the Art Director and wider team to elevate the brand.
5. Utilise Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Cinema 4D.
6. Work with HTML ad builds and services like Flashtalking.
7. Provide direction and feedback to external talent.
8. Produce storyboards.
9. Contribute to project scopes and estimates when required.

Successful Candidate:

1. 5+ years of digital design experience, with a strong motion portfolio.
2. Mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
3. Experience with 3D modeling and animation (Cinema 4D a significant advantage).
4. Strong storytelling skills and the ability to translate ideas into visual narratives.
5. Understanding of digital and motion design in brand building.
6. Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for staying on top of trends.
7. Knowledge of HTML ad builds.
