We’re on the hunt for a passionate and experienced Mid to Senior Digital Designer to join our team in Guildford to help shape and elevate the boundaries of digital within the studio.
Working alongside our creative team, you’ll bring brands to life through meticulously crafted and distinctive digital experiences.
We’re looking for a digital thinker with fresh ideas, great technical skills and someone who strives for the highest quality of design work.
You should have your finger on the pulse for current and emerging technologies as well as design patterns and trends in the world of web.
What we’re looking for:
- You have a minimum of 4+ years of experience in a design role with a strong focus on digital design.
- You are self-motivated, curious, and take the initiative to drive projects forward. Equally comfortable working independently or collaboratively within a team.
- You have passion for and experience within brand projects, working with the intricacies of brand strategy, typography, photography/art direction and motion — with a primary focus on crafting exceptional digital experiences, you make sure digital is always considered.
- You have a desire to shape and push the boundaries of digital design.
- You are enthusiastic and well versed at designing and leading all aspects of the digital design process, particularly; concepting, UX, UI, responsive design, prototyping and motion. Ensuring digital designs are scalable, flexible and consistent across all touch points.
- You are able to make the complex, simple.
- You have the ability to develop partnerships and build rapport with clients, developers and collaborators.
- You can present design thinking with confidence, enthusiasm and clarity.
- You are a team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- You are highly collaborative, with strong multi-tasking skills. You are digitally proficient, detail-oriented and organised.
- You have an awareness of the time required to complete design tasks and are able to manage your time, project timelines and meetings accordingly.
- You stay up to date with latest digital trends and like to experiment with new approaches.
- You have all the technical skills required: Figma, Adobe CC, Basic Motion Skills, It would be a bonus if you have Webflow experience.

We are currently using a hybrid studio/home working model and our head office is based in Guildford. So you will be expected to be in the office for at least 2 days a week, possibly more depending on projects.
