Ruroc is looking to recruit a digital designer with strong UX & UI experience to work across both brand & eCommerce focused digital projects & products. This role would take the lead in propelling the Ruroc website towards best-in-class across both user & brand experience.
From improving conversion rate through constant site optimisation to creating immersive & engaging product & brand experiences - this crucial position is both creative & technical & will be responsible for creating outstanding digital experiences for Ruroc’s community of riders.
The role will have significant interaction across development, eCommerce, marketing & creative. As such the ideal candidate will be comfortable working across different departments & disciplines and adept at dealing with both creative & technical briefs & concepting. The candidate can expect to have an ongoing stream of business-as-usual iteration & optimisation related to the site experience through to large scale project & campaign execution.
