What’s needed
Images & illustration: Design and manage the delivery of impactful visuals, including diagrams and illustrations for Maths, Science, and English, tailoring them to students, parents, and teachers.
Brand & communication support: Develop consistent, professional designs for branding, communication, and style guides, ensuring alignment across all platforms. Help shape the visual and creative approach of the company.
Video & animation creation: Help storyboard, create and edit videos to simplify complex ideas and bring them to life. Use animation to enhance understanding and deliver meaningful, engaging content.
Creative collaboration: Work with colleagues to develop and execute innovative designs, filming dynamic visuals in the office, and beyond.
Professional tools: Use industry-leading design software like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign. Produce polished video content that leaves a lasting impression using Premiere/After Effects/Camtasia.
Multi-disciplinary design: Help develop our visual language across a range of media, designing for websites, print, content, social, slides, videos and events.

Qualifications: Ideally, degree-level training in visual design, graphic design, digital design, print design, illustration, or animation. Open to self-taught candidates with strong commercial experience.
Experience:
Preferably in-house commercial design experience, however agency, freelance, or direct entry from a relevant degree will also be considered.
A portfolio showcasing commercial work would be highly desirable, or any passion projects that reflect creativity and enthusiasm.
Experience or interest in Digital Product Design is a bonus.
