An independent and well established b2b communications agency is looking for an experienced Digital Design Director to develop their digital offer.

The facts:

This busy and successful studio have an abundance of work and great client relationships. They would like to capitalise on this success – and are looking for a brilliant and smart digital design professional to help them do this. You will work closely with an inspiring and truly likeable Creative Director and newly appointed Digital Strategy Director to lead on designing and delivering digital annual reports, financial reports, .coms, campaign content and any other form of digital expression for this agency’s clients.

Alongside being an excellent designer, you will need to be highly literate in all aspects of digital. Able to take a project from start to finish, bringing in external resource if required, briefing developers, advising the client, presenting and troubleshooting. This is a great opportunity to really shape a role and create projects that you and the agency are really proud of.

You’ll be:

  • The leading voice on digital design within the agency
  • Part of the design leadership team alongside the CD, Digital Strategy Director and Reporting DD
  • Understanding client objectives, presenting and refining digital concepts
  • Developing digital design strategies that align with client goals
  • Maintaining high standards of design quality

You’ll have:

  • 8-10+ years in digital design
  • Experience in B2B corporate communications
  • Strong management and communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of UI/UX and Adobe CS, Figma.
  • Experience creating personas, user journeys, sitemaps and a working knowledge of standard development platforms – WordPress for example
