The Adoption Team is responsible for ensuring the successful adoption of new, and improved adoption of existing, technologies, processes, and ways of working across the firm. As part of this team, we have a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a creative and experienced content creator who can design and deliver engaging, impactful, and relevant learning and guidance materials to support adoption.

Skills and Qualifications
• Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in content creation within the legal or professional services sector, demonstrating a deep understanding of industry nuances and requirements.
• Display a robust portfolio that highlights creativity, skills, and expertise across various content types and platforms, underscoring versatility and adaptability.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, coupled with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly, concisely, and engagingly.
• Keen attention to detail, emphasizing accuracy, quality, and consistency in content creation, ensuring a polished and professional final product.
• A strong knowledge base in adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and content development best practices, ensuring the delivery of effective and impactful learning experiences.
• A genuine passion for continuous learning and innovation, actively seeking novel approaches to enhance both the learning experience and the content creation process.
• A relevant qualification in education, communication, instructional design, or a related field, providing a solid foundation for effective content creation and instructional design.
• Proficient in the use of various content creation and delivery tools and technologies, including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, LMS, Synthesia, etc. This proficiency ensures adaptability to diverse digital platforms and technologies.
• A background or genuine interest in the legal industry, displaying familiarity with legal terminology, concepts, and processes. This contextual understanding is crucial for creating content that resonates with the target audience and aligns with industry standards.
