Digital Content Creator

Diamond Search Recruitment are delighted to be representing our client, a highly successful manufacturing company, who are recruiting for a Digital Content Creator. Work towards increasing brand awareness for the company and be the "go to" person for all marketing activity. The role is a permanent opportunity, with offices based in the Ramsgate area, Kent. Hybrid working is available after initial probationary period.

The Role: The Digital Content Creator will be responsible for increasing the brand awareness of the company through our website, social media and search engine rankings by identifying and targeting customers for the company's products and services. Furthermore, there will be opportunity to explore taking company trials and improving the take up rate through the company's own direct to consumer sites via 3rd parties such as Amazon.

Responsibilities:

1. Write and edit copy for the websites, digital and social content, as well as a range of promotional materials in order to create brand awareness.
2. Project manage updating company websites to communicate solutions to customers as the first look into the business.
3. Identify target audience, set up appropriate social accounts and generate content to keep active.
4. Improve company website search engine rankings.
5. Research the market to identify potential target customers for our existing products and services.
6. Complete competitive intelligence and monitor market trends to recommend how our products and brands can be better positioned to take advantage of opportunities created as the market shifts.
7. Work with internal, third-party agencies and freelancers to develop key messages and coordinate and implement campaign activity as required.
8. Ensure customer experience is communicated and necessary actions taken to improve.
9. Ensure sales team are briefed on activity and have all appropriate collateral to hand.
10. Carry out post-campaign analysis to report on KPIs and distribute learnings for future campaigns.

Qualifications:

1. Relevant Marketing Degree or equivalent preferred.
2. Ideally 4 years experience in a Digital Marketing role.
3. Experience in all aspects of digital marketing, including content, SEO, email and social media channels such as LinkedIn and YouTube.
4. Be a confident communicator.
5. Strong organisational skills.

The successful Digital Content Creator will be rewarded with a salary of £30-45,000, depending on experience, plus excellent company benefits.
