Job Title: Digital Content Consultant
Contract: Full time, 37.5 hours, Permanent
Location: Salford Quays, Kirkstall Forge, Leeds, Staines, London or Brighton (Hybrid working at one of these office locations)
Salary Banding: £34,000 - £40,000

About the Role
We are seeking a Digital Content Consultant to join our UK People Team – Talent & Learning department. This standalone role's primary focus is on maintaining and improving our core mandatory learning offering across the Market Unit, ensuring compliance and alignment with business needs. This role requires strong senior stakeholder management skills and the ability to work closely with business owners to enhance learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders and business areas to ensure learning solutions meet business requirements.
  • Ensure learning content complies with regulatory standards and work with business owners to continuously improve these offerings.
  • Manage the current curriculum, focusing on maintaining and updating existing content.
  • Align learning solutions with annual reviews, incorporating feedback and adapting when required.
  • Write, review, and amend project documentation to ensure consistency and alignment with Bupa’s learning approach.

Key Skills and Experience Required

  • Extensive experience in digital content development, with a credible track record of creating high-quality learning solutions.
  • Strong instructional design skills with knowledge of learning methodologies and experience in all stages of the learning cycle, including project management.
  • Proficient in using rapid eLearning development tools (e.g., Elucidat, Articulate) and graphic packages (e.g., Adobe Photoshop).
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly with senior stakeholders.
  • Understanding of compliance requirements and the ability to ensure learning solutions meet these standards.
  • Ability to work autonomously and operate with minimum direction within agreed parameters.
  • High level of competence in using Learning Management Systems (preference being Docedo).
