We are looking for a Digital Communications Manager to manage the Global Digital & Marketing Plan across the UK/EU/US and ROW. In this role, you will work closely with key stakeholders across the business to ensure the coordination of key launches and brand moments in line with the Global Communications Calendar and to ensure communications are delivered effectively and efficiently through various Paul Smith channels. Additionally, you will oversee strategy with all digital agencies across Paid Search, Email, Affiliates, Display Advertising and Influencer relationships and collaborate with the Paul Smith Japan team to discuss global marketing initiatives.

The Role

  • Manage and maintain the global digital and marketing plan, ensuring consistency and efficiency in communications across channels.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders across the business, ensuring brand messages are communicated clearly through imagery and copy.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all digital communications, providing support to the Head of Department with correspondence.
  • Work closely with the internal creative team to develop digital assets for seasonal marketing activities, including campaigns, digital shoots, and sales, ensuring global requirements are met.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Department to manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficiency in spend across channels on a seasonal basis.
  • Oversee, support, and develop relevant staff, including recruitment and appraisals as required.
  • Monitor competitors' marketing activities and explore new ideas for creative and content across marketing channels.
  • Assist the Head of Department with key seasonal campaigns, content optimization, and international expansion projects.
  • Oversee the localisation of digital content and campaigns for key markets, including North America.

Your Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in digital marketing and communications, ideally within a global fashion or retail environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including Paid Search, Email, Affiliates, Display Advertising, and Influencer Relations.
  • Experience in managing and collaborating with cross-functional teams and agencies.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage budgets, timelines, and multiple priorities.

  • Analytical and numerate when reporting on campaigns.
  • Team worker, able to build effective working relationships. Excellent interpersonal skills and customer focused.
  • Desirable to have a genuine interest in Luxury Fashion.
  • Prepared to be flexible to work over hours during busy periods.
