Job description

Sitting within the Employability team at Catch22, the Digital Campaign Manager will play a key role in driving the success of our Digital Skills Academy programme. This includes leading on referrals for our 16-18 cohorts, building relationships with educational institutions, and promoting our 'Train the Trainer' AI programme to external partners.

You will deliver and expand the communications strategy for our employability programmes, with a specific focus on digital and external training initiatives. This includes creating high-quality communications content for our website, social media channels, and promotional materials, as well as planning and delivering impactful events.

Main Duties & Accountabilities

  1. Design and execute creative digital campaigns to raise awareness about the Digital Skills Academy and its initiatives.
  2. Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and KPIs to ensure effective delivery and impact.
  3. Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to optimise strategies.
  4. Establish and nurture partnerships with educational institutions, particularly those supporting young people aged 16-18.
  5. Identify opportunities to expand the Academy’s network across the education and employment sectors.
  6. Engage with organisations to promote and support responsible AI use in recruitment practices.
  7. Create compelling digital content to communicate the Academy’s mission, values, and successes.
  8. Organise and participate in events, workshops, and webinars to showcase the Academy’s initiatives.
  9. Support the delivery of programmes and campaigns aligned with the Academy’s goals.
  10. Some facilitation and face-to-face delivery of the programme may also be required.

Organisational Relationships

This role reports to the Senior Operations Manager which sits within the Operations team. You will work closely with the Partnerships team for this employability programme and members of the Communications team. You will also represent Catch22’s communications team at partnership meetings relating to the Catch22 Digital programmes.

Qualifications

Educated to GCSE 5 levels A-C level or with equivalent professional experience.

Salary -£31980- 40508
Hours of work:Full time, 37 hours per week
Contract:Permanent
Flexibility:Remote working, with national travel required
