Digital Business Analyst

About the Client

We are partnering with a leading Central Government client who is seeking a DV Cleared Digital Business Analyst for a 12-month contract. The ideal candidate will bring experience in ITIL3 and have worked in teams managing Voice and Video Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse and assess business problems or opportunities to drive impactful solutions.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to develop and implement best practices while advancing the Business Analyst community.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis to gain insights into business operations, focusing on people, processes, data, technology, and organisational structures.
• Identify areas for improvement, evaluate feasible options, analyse the impact of proposed changes, and define success metrics.

Skills & Experience Required

• Proficient in using innovative tools and methods to deliver business analysis.
• Experience authoring key documentation including URDs, SRDs, Solution Specifications, SDPs, Tests & Acceptance Strategies.
• Extensive background working within an ITIL3-aligned service environment.
• Strong experience developing Technical Refresh documentation and designing complex Service Roadmaps.
• Familiarity with managing Strategic Networks and Bearer Services in teams.
• Deep understanding of the challenges associated with transitioning between Legacy and New systems, particularly in highly secure environments.
• Proven ability to engage and manage relationships with senior stakeholders.
• DV clearance.
