Responsibilities:
  • Raise and investigate claims, review disputes and maintain claims log.
  • Review & respond to chargebacks received on e-commerce sales.
  • Act as key liaison for third party partners; Adyen, Forter, Netcraft and Evri/FedEx.
  • Use Forter to optimise order approvals or rejections.
  • Manage the removal of fake and cloned websites using Netcraft.
  • Review free online order volume on a daily basis.
The Person:
  • Highly organised
  • Collaborative and strong communication skills (this role touches multiple departments, so communication needs to be transparent and innovative, including reports)
  • Strong time management
  • Adaptable
  • Experience in fraud analysis & critical thinking (a familiarity with a fraud analysis tool ie Forter, would be preferred, as would a familiarity with Fraud/Claims)
