DIGITAL ASSISTANT PRODUCER – GERMAN SPEAKER

Whisper is on the hunt for a forward-thinking Digital Assistant Producer, who speaks fluent German and is passionate about German football.

The candidate will work in our Digital Football department working on real world sports content, partnered with EA Sports.

We are looking for individuals who are experienced in creating eye-catching and engaging content, as having an awareness of social media content techniques and 9x16 content.

What We’re Looking For:

Key Responsibilities:

• A football fanatic who can craft fresh and impactful ways of telling daily football stories.
• To self-edit and produce creative content & features using world feed, highlights, training footage and interviews.
• To dream up and execute cutting-edge football content that dominates social feeds.
• To stay ahead of online trends and sports stories.
• To be our go-to expert on German football.
• To collaborate with Content Creators, Editors and Designers to deliver standout work.
• Ensure that your output complies with Whisper’s editorial, technical, design and accessibility standards, whilst always working to the company’s Health and Safety policy.
• Uphold the reputation of the company by embodying the ethos of Whisper.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Demonstrated ability and experience of producing engaging, entertaining, and creative content for Digital and Social platforms.
• Fluency in German is essential.
• Experience of self-editing content on Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Mastery in digital storytelling across platforms like YouTube, Instagram, X (Twitter), and Facebook.
• A knack for creating shareable content tailored to each platform’s vibe.
• Experience in every stage of production—from ideation to filming to editing.
• A passion for sports that fuels engaging, dynamic clips for social media.
• Strong research techniques and the ability to verify the accuracy of material.
• Experience with complex workloads, consistently prioritising and delivering to deadlines, reacting positively to changes and conflicts.
• Strong communication, decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Location:

The base for this position is Kew, London.

Working Days:

5 day week, x4 days in office and x1 day WFH. This role will require a degree of flexibility and weekend working. You will be expected to work with the team to plan a schedule based on production requirements. Lieu days will be given for any days worked over a five-day week.

May 2025 – 11 month FTC
