In the UK, Safran Seats specializes solely in the First Class and Business Class seating markets for wide-body aircraft, with industrial and engineering teams in Cwmbran and Newport, Wales.
The Technical Support Analyst role supports the operations and maintenance of an effective technology stack focused on delivering the support needed for the SGB business. Providing support through the ServiceNow system, they work with other members of the SGB IT Team to deliver standard fixes and changes across all solutions. Functional support of the day-to-day operational delivery of the technical solution is also part of the Technical Support Analyst's responsibilities.

Successful candidates will ideally have achieved, or expect to achieve at least 3 A-Levels (or equivalent). Successful candidates will also need to hold GCSEs in Math and English - Grade A-C or 4-9.
