Sovereign Network Group (SNG) are setting up a brand-new Digital and Artificial Intelligence Team. We want to be able to leverage Digital and AI capability to drive innovation and improve customer and colleague experience. We're looking for a Digital and AI Solution Specialist to join our team in Basingstoke, working hybrid from home and the office 2 days per week.

The role:

This role will be responsible for leveraging AI and Digital technologies to solve complex problems and drive innovation in SNG. Specialise in developing tailored AI and digital solutions that address key business challenges, empowering and helping the business to achieve goals.

What You'll Do:

1. Work with stakeholders to identify and implement AI and digital solutions.
2. Leverage AI models and data insights to drive business innovation.
3. Develop, configure, and optimize AI tools and algorithms.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers and data analysts.
5. Monitor and enhance the performance of AI solutions.
6. Stay updated with AI advancements and best practices.
7. Promote AI awareness through documentation and knowledge-sharing.
8. Support continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) automation.

What We're Looking For:

1. Experience in AI and digital solution design, development, and implementation.
2. Strong knowledge of AI technologies, machine learning, and data analysis.
3. Problem-solving and analytical skills with a practical, results-driven mindset.
4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
