Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Digital Advertising Manager and Strategists in the planning and execution of paid digital campaigns.
  • Implement, monitor, and optimise Paid Media activity across a range of platforms and international markets.
  • Ensure all campaigns follow best practices and meet KPIs, including traffic generation, cost efficiency, and ROI.
  • Manage and adjust bidding strategies across platforms using third-party tools (e.g., SA360).
  • Handle campaign budgets with accuracy and strategic focus to maximise performance.
  • Run A/B tests on creatives, copy, and landing pages to identify improvements and increase campaign effectiveness.
  • Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance, highlighting insights and recommendations for future improvement.
  • Collaborate with local and global content teams to refine landing pages, ad copy, and keyword targeting.
  • Present campaign performance, market insights, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Set up and optimise programmatic advertising campaigns as needed.
  • Stay on top of the latest trends in digital advertising and share relevant insights across the team.

About You

You're curious, collaborative, and passionate about digital marketing. You have a strong analytical mindset and are eager to contribute to innovative advertising strategies in a global environment. Whether you're building your expertise or already have some experience under your belt, you're ready to roll up your sleeves and make a meaningful impact.

What You'll Bring

  • Some hands-on experience in Digital Advertising (PPC/Display/Programmatic) is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Excel, Google Ads, Adobe, and Google Marketing Platform (SA360) is desirable.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
  • Strong communication skills - both written and verbal - with the ability to present ideas and performance metrics clearly.
  • A positive, solutions-focused mindset and a team-oriented approach.
  • A willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute in a fast-paced, ever-evolving digital landscape.
