Want to join an independent Luxury Digital Marketing Agency specialising in premium brands across global markets? With a boutique team of experts, they are renowned for delivering exceptional results for high-end clients.

I am looking for a Paid Search and Paid Social specialist to join the team as a Digital Account Manager.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Campaign Management: Oversee end-to-end campaign execution, from setup and optimisation to strategy, analysis, and reporting.
  2. Strategic Oversight: Guide campaign builds, review junior team members' work, and ensure high-quality execution.
  3. Marketing Strategy & Insights: Develop and implement data-driven strategies, challenge client directions when needed, and provide alternative solutions.
  4. Performance & Optimisation: Manage campaigns across search, display, and paid social, continuously identifying new opportunities.
  5. Reporting & Analysis: Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to enhance performance.
  6. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, clients, and external partners to align efforts and drive results.
  7. Problem Solving: Support the team in overcoming challenges, escalating issues only when necessary.
  8. Innovation & Trends: Stay ahead of digital trends, identifying opportunities for process improvements and revenue growth.
  9. Team Leadership: Mentor junior team members, delegate tasks effectively, and support team development.
  10. Communication & Client Management: Ensure clear, professional communication across all channels and maintain project scope to drive profitability.

The ideal candidate:

  1. 3+ years of experience in Paid Search and Paid Social predominantly across Google Ads and Meta, within an agency environment.
  2. Strong communication skills with client-facing experience.
  3. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  4. Bonus points for experience of working with Luxury Brands.
