Diagnostic Technician - Vans

LSH Auto is seeking a talented Vans Diagnostic Technician to join our dealership in Macclesfield. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing complex mechanical and electronic issues in vehicles, ensuring high quality service and customer satisfaction.

WELCOME BONUS - £2,000

Hours - 40

Salary - £41,400 plus OTE £12,400

Salary support for your first 3 months of an additional £1033 per month on top of your basic salary to support you with your transition.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair electronic and mechanical faults in vehicles
• Perform vehicle diagnostics using industry-standard tools and equipment
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding their vehicle's issues and services required
• Maintain accurate records of work performed on each vehicle
• Collaborate with other technicians and service staff to ensure efficient workflow

• NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent
• Experience in diagnosing car faults, especially with electronic systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A full UK driving licence (essential)
