Diagnostic/Master Technician
Location: Lexus Edgware
Salary: Up to £45,000 basic (depending on experience and brand accreditations) + uncapped OTE of £20,000
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 - 16:30, 1 in 3 Saturdays (8:00 - 13:00, paid at 1.5x overtime rate). We will consider someone who can work 4 days during the week.

This role is ideal for a highly skilled technician with a passion for advanced diagnostics, hybrid technology, and high-quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Advanced Diagnostics & Fault Finding: Conduct complex vehicle diagnostics and troubleshooting using the latest manufacturer tools and software.
2. Precision Repairs & Maintenance: Carry out major and minor repairs, routine servicing, and system updates to the highest standards.
3. Hybrid & Electric Expertise: Work on cutting-edge hybrid and EV technology with manufacturer-supported training.
4. Quality Assurance: Perform thorough road tests and quality checks, ensuring optimal vehicle performance and customer satisfaction.
5. Technical Leadership: Support and mentor junior technicians, sharing expertise and upholding workshop excellence.
6. Compliance & Safety: Adhere to manufacturer and industry regulations, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

What You'll Need:

1. Master Technician or Diagnostic Technician qualification (or working towards it).
2. Proven expertise in diagnostics, fault finding, and advanced vehicle repairs.
3. Experience working to efficiency and productivity targets.
4. A meticulous approach to work, ensuring first-time fixes and customer satisfaction.
5. A passion for the automotive industry, with a desire to stay ahead in hybrid and electric vehicle technology.
6. A full UK driving licence.
