Job: Diabetes Specialist Nurse
Hours: Part-time, 3 days per week
Location: Weybridge
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: £24ph (Negotiable, DOE)

A lovely practice near the Weybridge area is seeking to hire a permanent Diabetes Practice Nurse to join their team. The practice is looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Practice Nurse with specialism in Diabetes. The team consists of 5 GPs, including Partners, and a wider clinical and non-clinical team who will support you as you start your new role. Although the surgery has limited parking space, there are ample parking spaces available in the nearby residential area. They use the Emis Web system but are willing to provide training.

The ideal candidate should be skilled at performing Diabetes Management, Cytology, Baby/Travel Immunisations, Flu Vaccinations, Dressing, and long-term conditions reviews.

In return, the successful candidate will receive:

1. Salary: Up to £24 per hour (negotiable, depending on experience)
2. 5 weeks of annual leave + bank holidays off

5. "Good" CQC rating for staff

The surgery has close to 9000 patients on its list and is conveniently located near local shops.
