Our client is looking to recruit a passionate and experienced Diabetes Nurse to join their clinical team, working within a primary care setting to improve diabetes patient outcomes. This full-time role offers a salary of £44,000 per annum, working Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm.

As a Diabetes Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in optimising patient care and outcomes. Your responsibilities will include:
