Job description
I'm working with a company based in Norwich who are looking for a Test Engineer to join their growing team within the energy industry.
As a Test Engineer, you will:
- Work closely throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring clear and effective test plans are defined, reviewed, and executed.
- Collaborate with Design Engineers (Electronics/Mechanical/Software) to assist in development testing where necessary.
- Provide technical support for production and system testing activities to our Manufacturing and Global Support Team.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing test plans for current and future well bore inspection tools.
- Building prototype hardware and systems for development projects.
- Conducting system and board level testing to support project objectives.
- Creating test jigs and fixtures based on design engineer requirements.
- Producing comprehensive build and test manuals/documents.
