Expectation TV is looking for an experienced Development Producer to join the Entertainment Development team. We would like to find someone who has excellent writing and research skills with experience developing reality and fact-ent formats. You will have a proven track record working up ideas for television, generating decks in Photoshop, writing sizzle scripts, and cutting sizzle and/or casting tapes on Premier Pro. We would like to meet candidates who have a genuine enthusiasm for TV and watch a wide range of content as well as keeping across the latest trends and emerging on-screen talent.

The role is full time starting in May for an initial 6 month contract. You will be based in our London office with the option of working from home up to 2 days per week.
