An established industry player is seeking a Development Coordinator to support Graduate and Degree Apprenticeship programmes. This role involves managing queries, maintaining accurate records, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth execution of the Emerging Talent strategy. You will be the first point of contact for graduates and stakeholders, requiring strong organisational and communication skills. This broad role is designed to support the management and execution of the end-to-end Graduate and Degree Apprenticeship (DA) Development Emerging Talent Programmes within HSBC UK, inline with the Emerging Talent strategy.
You will be the first point of contact to all Early Careers Community (Graduates/Interns/Industrial Placement and Degree Apprentices) and business stakeholders for HSBC UK.
You will support the programme management activity by working with the Operations Lead and Programme Specialists on ongoing projects to manage placements, performance management and Apprenticeship standards.

Additional responsibilities can be included to meet your development aspirations as we have projects to support across the wider Emerging Talent recruitment and development team/priorities.
