Development Chemist

Job Description

We are currently looking for a Development Chemist for an R&D chemical company in West Yorkshire.

As a Research & Development Chemist, you will carry out the formulation and development of new and existing products.

Responsibilities include:

1. Develop new products in line with project objectives.
2. Design and carry out formulation development experiments to develop new and existing products.
3. Scale-up of formulations, working with cross-functional teams to support production.
4. Complete all documentation and project reports.
5. Run QC tests when required.

Ideal candidates will have:

A degree or Masters (MChem, MSc, MSci) in chemistry or polymer chemistry and previous industrial experience working in formulation research & development.
