About the program:In both the domestic German market and worldwide the Private Bank provides high-quality advice to over 20 million clients and a broad range of financial services in 19 countries – ranging from day-to-day banking services right through to advisory services for sophisticated Private Banking and Wealth Management clients.
Division specifics about the graduate role:You will get to know our bank's products and support us in further developing our offerings. Immerse yourself in different product teams that are substantial for helping our customers achieve their financial goals and optimize their opportunities. This gives you a broad overview of all facets of private bank, including wealth management.
By developing individual solutions, you will expand your analytical and advisory skills and gain extensive experience in dealing with internal and external customer requests. You will learn from the best, develop professionally and personally, and create a solid foundation for your professional career.
What we look for:
We recruit students and graduates who are intelligent and adaptable with excellent communication skills. They have degrees in many different disciplines. Even though good levels of numeracy are important for some roles, you won’t necessarily need a formal mathematical or financial background. Our comprehensive training programme will give you all the technical knowledge you’ll need to build a career with us.
