Job Title: Desktop Support Engineer
Location: Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital (Wonford), Barrack Road, Exeter, EX2 5DW
Trust: Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust.
Job Type/Shift Patterns: Full-time, Monday to Friday, with hours from 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm, totaling 37.5 hours per week 100% onsite.
Pay Rate: £16.53/Hr. + Holiday Pay.
Contract duration: 3 - 6 months (Rolling Contract) (Possibility of extension subject to review)
Job Summary
The Desktop Support Engineer will provide technical support to Trust staff, ensuring smooth operation of desktop PCs, laptops, and mobile devices. The role involves coordinating with the Service Desk to resolve issues, performing installations and upgrades, and supporting the My Care project. You will work in a dynamic healthcare environment to ensure minimal disruption and high-quality service for end users.
