Desktop Support Analyst - Bank in the City London
Our Client is an International Bank with its European Head Office based in the City of London.
They are looking to recruit a Desktop Support Analyst with at least 5 to 8 years proven expertise within Desktop Support.
The Support team operates a rota to cover the core hours from 7.30 am to 6.00 pm Monday to Friday.
You will be working as part of the Service Support Team, providing Desktop Support to around 130 users across several countries in Europe, with the bulk in the City of London.
This position will require you to have experience in hardware builds for both PCs and Servers, along with software installations and upgrades.
It will also include login permissions and training users in the use of software.
The focus of the role will be to take control of all issues and problems raised by users and ensure that they are clearly documented and followed up with the appropriate action to resolve them within the Support Team.
The Client uses Cisco and Microsoft platforms, so you need to have experience with both Cisco and Microsoft software.

This is a permanent role, and the salary for this position is between £45K - £50K.
