DESKTOP SUPPORT - 2ND LINE
LOCATION - NEAR BEVERLEY, EAST YORKS.
SALARY - £30,000 + BONUS

Your new role
Desktop Support candidate required with strong 1st & 2nd Line level skills. The Hiring Manager is keen to hire someone with ITIL principles and who can provide exceptional customer service.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you must be able to demonstrate previous experience in the following:

1. Previous IT support experience (Helpdesk or Deskside)
2. Strong knowledge of Windows Server, MS Exchange, MS Windows, and Active Directory.
3. Previous experience of supporting Mobile Devices (Apple & Android)
4. Imaging & Build experience for Laptops and Mobile Phones.
5. ITIL
6. Previously worked to SLA's

What you'll get in return
During the 6-month probation, this role will be Full time in the Office (5 Days) and thereafter, can offer some Hybrid working. The salary is £30,000 + Annual Bonus + Annual Pay Review.
