Designer/Senior Designer (Architecture)

To support our continuous growth and expansion in Asia, AEDAS Singapore is seeking a committed candidate for the following position:

DESIGNER/SENIOR DESIGNER

As a Designer/Senior Designer, you will be responsible for supporting the project team with design development, design coordination, and documentation. You will also liaise and coordinate with external consultants and the client’s team and other relevant parties.

Requirements & Attributes:

1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent qualifications
2. Minimum 3-8 years of experience from concept through design development and construction documentation
3. Experience in large scale, luxury, 5-star mixed use development will be an advantage
4. Proficient in BIM (Revit Architecture), Bluebeam, and Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
5. Registered Architect with the Board of Architects Singapore (BOA) will be an advantage
6. Excellent communication and presentation skills
7. Other professional certifications such as GMAP or GMAAP and UD Assessor will be an advantage
