The role:
You will be part of a key team based in our flagship London office, reporting to the Head of Marketing and New Business, who oversees operations across our three UK locations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design and excel at creating visually compelling presentations. They will take the lead in designing engaging visuals for client-facing materials, including pitch documents, reports, and credentials decks.
In addition, the role will support the development of our agency’s broader content, including company templates, social media assets, and marketing materials. You will ensure our brand image is effectively and consistently represented across all designs, maintaining accuracy and adherence to internal guidelines.
What we are looking for (essential):
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Graphic Designer or Presentation Designer.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint & Word).
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) and Canva.
- Excellent time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects to tight deadlines.
- A team player with a proactive attitude and growth mindset, whose values align with our agency culture.
What we are looking for (preferred):
- Ideally hold a qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Previous experience working with visual identities in an agency environment, preferably in the media, advertising or marketing communications sector.
- A strong understanding of UI components for social media platforms, with the ability to accurately replicate them to create credible presentation examples.
Key responsibilities:
- Designing, editing, and formatting PowerPoint presentations, along with creating graphic content using MS Word, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Canva.
- Managing the end-to-end creative process, from concept development to final delivery, ensuring alignment with project briefs and timelines.
- Collaborating with various teams, including Client Leadership, Activation and our Behave Consultancy, to ensure our presentations align with brand guidelines and meet client expectations.
- Contributing to the team’s strategy and planning in evolving our service offering to the business, by staying up to date with trends in marketing, design, industry best practices and emerging technologies.
- Delivering presentations that meet high visual and technical standards.
