Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Interior Fit-Out Designer to join our team, working on a range of exciting internal fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in designing interior spaces across commercial, retail, or residential sectors and will be passionate about transforming spaces to meet client expectations. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative and practical design concepts for a variety of internal fit-out projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and project goals.
• Produce high-quality 2D drawings, 3D models, and visualizations for interior spaces using relevant software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar).
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and project managers to develop and refine design proposals.
• Select and specify materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and other interior elements that align with design concepts and project budgets.
• Prepare detailed design packages, including layouts, elevations, technical drawings, and specifications for construction teams.
• Conduct site surveys and inspections to assess design requirements and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Work closely with the project management and construction teams to oversee the design implementation, ensuring that the final fit-out reflects the design intent.
• Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and subcontractors to source appropriate materials and products for each project.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards throughout the design process.
• Prepare and present design proposals to clients, ensuring clear communication and effective management of client expectations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and materials in the fit-out and interior design industries.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Interior Designer, with specific experience in internal fit-out projects.
• Strong understanding of the fit-out process, including construction, materials, finishes, and space planning.
• Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other industry-standard tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous fit-out projects and the ability to work on diverse interior spaces (commercial, retail, residential, etc.).
• Excellent knowledge of building regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with clients and team members effectively.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• A relevant degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
