Design & Sales Consultants - Neatsmith

Design & Sales Consultant (Showroom-based)
Opportunities in our Chelsea, Guildford & Royal Tunbridge Wells Showrooms

We are looking for talented individuals to join our expanding team. The role will include:

1. Client consultations (both trade and retail) in our showrooms
2. Guiding clients through the design process from start to finish
3. Design work and briefing a design assistant who will support you in producing shop drawings
4. Producing quotes
5. Site visits/surveys
6. Appropriate follow up with clients by phone and email
7. Maintaining ongoing relationships with clients
8. Keeping showroom displays looking beautiful
9. Working a 5-day week including Saturday work

The ideal candidate will have:

1. 2-5 years luxury retail or luxury interior design experience
2. A passion for interiors that you can share with your clients
3. A good track record for selling and ability to negotiate with clients
4. Excellent organisational skills
5. Good time-management skills
6. Confidence in communicating both with the team and with clients
