About the role of Design Manager

This is an excellent opportunity to work as a Design lead on a new 100 unit RC frame project which is a 10 storey RC frame block. The role will be site-based in southeast London and report to a Senior Design Manager that is based off-site.

Requirements for the Design Manager role

1. Experience working in a Design or Technical Management role with a Main contractor or developer.
2. Experience working in the residential sector.
3. Experience with project delivery.
4. Relevant industry qualification.
