Are you an experienced Design/Technical Manager or Coordinator looking to make a step up? This is a great opportunity to join an exceptional main contractor based in London who delivers medium and large regeneration schemes.

About the role of Design Manager

This role will be site-based in East London working on the delivery of a multi-phased residential scheme, with phase 3 due to start on site. This role will be supporting the Senior Design Manager in delivering phase 3 of the scheme which consists of 320 R/C frame apartments.

Requirements for the Design Manager role

1. Experience working in a Design/Technical Manager role with a developer or main contractor
2. Experience working on residential projects
3. Experience on RC frame projects
