Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead the Design process
• Compliance
• Managing stakeholders
• Managing documentation
• Managing costs

Design Manager Experience Required:

• Minimum 10 years' Design Manager experience
• Extensive Main Contractor Design Manager experience
• Industrial & Logistics project experience - Distribution Centres, Warehouses, Manufacturing Facilities, etc.
• Degree educated or similar
• Excellent communication skills
