Design Coordinator/ Design Manager

Key responsibilities for a Design Coordinator / Design Manager:

• Work with the Preconstruction team on tenders
• Work with the delivery team to identify areas of opportunity and risk
• Coordinate meetings with clients and the supply chain to develop robust designs
• Work with the QS and the site manager to deliver profitable jobs on time, on budget, and snag-free
• Manage the process and ensure records are maintained

Experience we are looking for from our new Design Coordinator / Design Manager:

• Worked for a contractor on projects up to £50M
• Experience in new build & refurbishment projects
• 3+ years experience
• Passion for construction
• Willingness to learn and improve
